We have been working with Howe Corporation for 30 years. We fish offshore year-round in the Mid-Atlantic/New England Region for Golden Tilefish. Our catch is gutted and washed and then packed in soft salt water flake ice. EVERYTHING hinges on our Howe 2-ton ice machine! We produce a hi-quality fresh product thanks to our Howe ice machine. No dents in our fish, the flake ice is soft and molds to the shape of the fish. The machine is tough, runs regardless of outside temperature or sea conditions.
